- Name and address and the other details (date of birth, gender, ID number) of both the employer (or the legal representative) and the employee
- The description of work and location of workplace
- The term of the labor contract
- The salary, method of salary payment, allowances, etc.
- The working hours, break time
- Insurance – social and medical
