Law on Bidding of Vietnam 2013 was issued by the National Assembly of Socialist Republic of Vietnam on 26/11/2013 and has been effective from 01/07/2014.
Law on Bidding of Vietnam has 13 Chapters and 96 Articles, regulates issues related to provide for state management on bidding; responsibilities of concerned parties and activities of bidding.
