b. Regard to the industrial property rights objects, Article 10: Receive an application for registration of industrial property, the filing date – provides that:

1 Application for registration of industrial property only state agency management of industrial property rights if there is at least receiving information and the following documents:

a) A request for registration of a patent, industrial designs, layout designs, trademarks, geographical indications, including sufficient information to identify the applicant and label templates, list of products and services branded services for trademark registration applications;

b) The description, including the scope of protection of the patent application; the photographs, drawings and descriptions of applications for registration of industrial designs; description of the specific characteristics of products bearing geographical indications for application of geographical indications;

c) Receipt of payment of the filing fee.
