Doing business in Vietnam

Under the Degree No. 25/2011/ND-CP dated 06 April 2011 of Vietnam Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the telecommunication law, Voice Call and SMS Messaging Service are classified to basic telecommunication services.

(a) Export processing enterprise means an enterprise that is established and operates in an export processing zone or exports all its products and operates in an industrial zone or economic zone.

Under Vietnam Law, you can establish Foreign Invested Company (FIC) for exporting goods from Vietnam. However, we also would like to note that goods to be exported from Vietnam must not include rare and valuable seafood such as European Otter, hairy-nosed otter, smooth-coached otter, small-clawed cotter and golden coin turtle.
