Question: Are you able to incorporate a company for us? (ideally an Ltd, with one foreign shareholder and one foreign director)

If so, tell me please how much time does it all takes, and what’s the total charge to it (your charges and all possible governmental charges) .

Answer: Under Vietnam Law, during incorporation of the company, you shall be required to show the office lease contract for proving that you have right to use such office space. As a law firm, we can not engage an office lease contract with you.

Then, if you find not convenience for you to find an office during the incorporation, we can help you connect with office leasers, including share office or virtual office. Again, I would like to confirm that upon processing with license for importing drinks into Vietnam, you must have a warehouse.
We shall send you our legal service proposal shortly.
