A patent application in Vietnam shall be passed through three stages:

In order to register patent in Vietnam, client should provide us Power of Attorney (POA).
Please note that neither notarization nor legalization is required for this POA. A copy sent via email is filed at filing and the original should be submitted within 3 months from the filing date.
