1.Preparation of the application documents
Notifying application documents required in accordance with Vietnamese law
Drafting application documents required for submission purpose
Liaising with Client to discuss the draft application documents;
Amending the application documents based on your comments
Obtaining preliminary comments from the licensing authority on the draft application documents;
Finalizing the application documents following comments from the licensing authority;
2.Seeking existing company that desire to assign its capital
Seeking existing company that desire to assign its capital;
Making report on each company with basic information
3.Making legal due diligence
Collecting information and documents relating to the selected existing company;
Analyzing such information and documents on legal aspect to make due diligence;
Making detail report.
4.Licensing procedures
Submitting the application dossier to the licensing authority on Client’s behalf
Monitoring and following up with the relevant authorities on the approval process
Keeping you updated on the developments and additional requirements, if any; and
Assisting you in obtaining the License.
5.Post-licensing procedures:
Upon the issuance of the License for Foreign Owned Company shall be required to carry out immediate administrative procedures. Our services includes:
Obtaining the seal of the Branch Office and Business Units
Obtaining the Company’s tax code; and
Placing an announcement on the establishment of the Company in the newspaper.
Regarding to time process for setting up company in Vietnam, it also depends on each specific case. It shall take at least 15 working days to complete. In some case, the licensing process can be lasted in 04 months or 8 months.
