To proceed with the renewal and recordal of change of address (if any), the following documents are required:
– An original Power of Attorney (our form in attachment) which is simply signed. No notarization or legalization is required;
– Original registration certificate(s)
– An original and notarized Declaration of change of address (our form in attachment); OR one certified true copy (with notarization) of legal document evidencing the address change issued by the competence authority ie. Bussiness Registration Office.
Please be noted that In Vietnam, it is possible for the Registrant to attend late renewal (6 month grace period) with payment of additional fee for the late renewal (10% of official fee (per class).
