Regarding to incorporating foreign owned company and representative office of foreign company in Vietnam, our service fee shall very much depend on complication of each specific case.
The minimum fee for incorporation of foreign owned company shall be 4,000USD and the representative office shall be 1,500USD.
The fee is exclusive of 10% VAT, cost for translating documents of Client from English into Vietnamese (10USD/150 words), actual fee for traveling out of Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.
Upon receipt of instruction from Client, we shall analyze and provide Client with our service fee quotation.
We also noted your office lease service. We shall connect our Client with you if they wish to lease office in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi.
