Question: I write to you to inquire for your services regarding liquidation and dissolution of companies, after having read a thorough article on your corporate website.

The Board of our group of companies is currently considering the closing down of the Vietnamese subsidiary, as its commercial launch has revealed to be more difficult than expected, and that is why I would like to request an estimate of your fees for the coordination of its voluntary liquidation and dissolution in case such a decision was finally taken.

The subsidiary hasn’t got any employees nor assets (not even a bank account), and has not signed any agreements (the virtual office agreement has been signed and paid by its mother company). There are no liabilities nor claims to deal with then. The company is business tax and VAT registered though, so some kind of tax deregistration would be needed. In this regard, as your article states that you do not provide such tax liasing services, I would also appreciate if you could endorse an adequate firm to deal with this issues.

In case you were interested in providing assistance with the dissolution procedure, kindly reply to this e-mail with an estimate of the relevant fees and expected expenses that it would entail.

Many thanks in advance and best regards,
