When foreign investors do business in Vietnam, they will sign employment contract with Vietnamese employee, they would like to engage a law firm to provide the legal consultation services on employment contract.
SBLAW can perform for Client the legal consultation services which shall include tasks which are detailed described hereinafter:
– To review legal aspect regarding to signing and enforcement of the Employment Contract to be made by and between Client and its Employee (“Employment Contract”), including but not limited to:
+ Review and comment validity of the Employment Contract in line Vietnam Law;
+Comment legal effect of the Employment Contract to right and interest of the Client.
– Revise the Employment Contract in order to best protect right and interest of the Client during signing and enforcing the Employment Contract.

- Authorized Representative
- Consultant or lawyer entrusted by SBLAW
