Client seeks a professional law firm to review and revise (if necessary) the contract to best protect right and interest of client in line of Vietnam Law, S&B Law can provide this legal service as follows:
1. Scope of work, work schedule and professional fee quotation:
Regarding to client’s request, S&B Law propose scope of work and work schedule as follows:
– To advise all legal aspect relating to the proposed transaction in line Vietnam Law;
– To review and revise the Renting server and allocation service contract in order to best protect right and interest of Client under Vietnam Law;
– To update and finalize the Renting server and allocation service contract based on Client’s comments (two times).
We anticipate that it shall take us 03 working days to complete contract review.
