Investor: Dear Sir, We are a private company in Korea. The company’s business is to help people who want to move and live in another countries so called emigration service.
Now they want to setup a company and do the same business in Vietnam.
1. Is it possible by Foreigner and/or Foreign invested company?
2. If so, please let me know the process, schedule and service fee.
Answer: It was confirmed that such service is not mentioned in Vietnam-WTO commitments. Thus, DPI must ask for approval from various ministries before granting any license
