Client: I am a representative of the company based in UK. We would like to establish a CJSC in Vietnam with 2 shareholders: one is a person, second is Russian Bank. So my question is if the Bank owner must come to Vietnam in person or he can just give the power of attorney to his representative and send this representative with all the neccessary documents to Vietnam?

Looking forward to your reply,

Lawyer: This is reference to your email below. With the respect to your question, we would like to confirm that the Bank Owner does not need to come to Vietnam in person.

He can just give his Power of Attorney to his Representative in Vietnam and the Representative shall proceed with necessary procedure in Vietnam to establish the company.
