Answer:
– In this case, in order to supplement goods to be imported and distributed, you shall have to obtain Business License from Hanoi People Committee. Generally, in order to obtain this, it shall take you about 45 working days from submission of application dossier to the competent authority. However, we shall try to accelerate it so that we can complete within 26 working days from submission of application dossier.
– Expense for this case shall be 5,865USD. Such expense is exclusive of VAT (10% of our total service fee) and translation cost (10USD/150 words).
Please note that such amount is our estimate based on the assumption that:
+ Your company already complete capital contribution;
+ Your company complies with legal obligations during operation in Vietnam;
+ Goods to be imported shall not include cell phone and other goods restricted from import and distribution.
