Circular No. 04/2015 / TT-BLĐTBXH of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs guiding the implementation of compensation, pension and health care costs of the employer to the employee accident labor, occupational diseases

Accident workers decrease the ability to work from 5% – 10% shall be compensated at least equal to 1.5 months of salary; in case declined by 81% or more, or die due to occupational accidents, occupational diseases, the level of compensation at least equal to 30 months salary content is defined in the Circular No. 04/2015 / TT-02 BLDTBXH / 02/2015 of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs guiding the mode of compensation, pension and health care costs of the employer to the employee accidents and occupational diseases.

In addition to compensation, the accident employee impaired the ability to work from 5% or higher or die will be entitled the allowance occupational accidents if the cause of the accident entirely by the fault of the person concludes accident investigation reports of occupational accidents or accidents occur when going from home to work or vice versa, in places, a reasonable time. In particular, the minimum pension equal to 12 months of salary for employees reduced working capacity by 81% or more, or die due to occupational accidents; at least equal to 0.6 months of salary if reduced from 5% – 10%.
