We are a Company in Singapore. Our main activity is e- learning, e- tutoring, live seminars face to face with experienced trainers, and trading of IT products such as tablets, USB’s, Phones etc.
We are looking for company registration in Vietnam with same activity.
With regard to the same, we would appreciate if you can let us know the following:
1. Can we get 100% foreign ownership?
2. Any advice/suggestion with regard to place of registration of company in Vietnam looking to the activity of the company. It will be good if we get a virtual office initially, and/or can you provide us your or some office address to work with.
3. The directors of the proposed company will be a Swedish National and a British national. Is it required to have a local partner or only foreign partners are OK.
