Fees for granting the certificate performing the technical inspection on labor safety

According to the Circular No. 73/2014/TT-BTC dated May 30, 2014 of the Ministry of Finance prescribing the rates and collection, payment, management and use of charges for inspection of machinery, equipment and supplies subject to strict labor safety requirements, charges for making judgment on conditions for performing the inspection and fees for granting the certificate being qualified for performing the technical inspection on labor safety.

From July 15, 2014, charges for the first time issuance, re-issuance of the certificate being qualified for performing the technical inspection on labor safety expired and charge for amending, supplementing; reissuing the certificate being qualified for performing the technical inspection on labor safety lost or damaged is 200,000 VND/paper and 150,000 VND/paper respectively.

For making judgment on conditions for performing the inspection, when re-issuing, supplementing the certificate being qualified for performing the technical inspection on labor safety, charges for making judgment on conditions for performing the inspection when issuing, re-issuing in the case that the date in the certificate is expired and supplementing the operation field in the certificate are VND 13.5 million/ time and VND 5.5 million/time respectively.

Charges for making judgment on conditions for performing the inspection and charges for granting the certificate being qualified for performing the technical inspection on labor safety is the revenue of the state budget; The collecting agency shall remit 10% of the total collected amounts into the state budget according to the corresponding chapter, category, clause, item, and sub-item in the current State Budget Index. It may deduct 90% of the total collected amounts to cover the expenses as prescribed under the Circular No. 45/2006/TT-BTC dated May 25, 2006.

Besides, the Circular also supplements new inspecting fees for some machinery, equipment and supplies subject to strict labor safety requirements.

This Circular replaces the Circular No. 20/2009/TT-BTC dated February 04, 2009 and takes effect on July 15, 2014.
