The firm’s objective for expansion has seen them making several additions to its corporate department on a junior level in 2013. Managing partner Nguyen Thanh Ha specialises in corporate law, he is supported by banking and corporate expert Tran Trung Kien.
Tran represented the Vietnamese Hau Giang Power Plant in a joint venture agreement with a Malaysian company worth $31 million.
In 2013, corporate and intellectual property partner Nguyen Tien Hoa advised FamilyMart – one of the largest retail groups in Japan – in establishing nearly 60 retail stores in Vietnam.
