Under Vietnam Law, Quality Controlling Service is not clearly defined. However, we can classify it into the Management Consultation Service.
Then, it shall be much easier for us to obtain the license from the competent authority.
For this service, you can be entitled to setup a wholly foreign invested company in Ho Chi Minh City.
We futher understood that you intend to register the office in Vietnam under the name of a Samoan Company – an offshore company.
According to our practical experience in similar previous case, competent authority in Vietnam generally does not favour offshore company.
Thus, if you have another company in Hongkong, we highly recommend you to register office in Vietnam under the name of Hongkong Company.
Our fee for setting up a wholly foreign invested company in Ho Chi Minh City for providing management consultation service shall be 5,000USD. The fee is exclusive of 10% VAT and translation cost of your documents from English into Vietnamese (10USD/150 words).
