We understand that your company (hereinafter referred to as “Client”) has just been granted foreign contractor permit by the Ministry of Construction.
At presence, Client wishes SB Law to advise and support to proceed with next steps to complete all necessary procedures for foreign contractor in the relevant project.
Under Vietnam Law, after obtaining the Contractor Permit, the Foreign Contractor shall be required to register the Project Office with the provincial department of construction and obtain seal sample, tax code registration for the Project Office and place the publication of such Project Office on newspaper.
For the above target, SBLaw shall be responsible for:
– Submitting the application dossier to the licensing authority on Client’s behalf;
– Monitoring and following up with the relevant authorities on the approval
process;
– Keeping you updated on the developments and additional requirements, if any; and
– Assisting Client in obtaining the seal sample and tax code registration and placing such Project Office on newspaper.
It shall take us about 10 working days from submission of required documents to the competent authority, we shall complete the registration of project office and 13 working days from registration of project office to obtain seal sample, tax code registration for the project office and place the publication on newspaper.
