On May 13, 2014, the Ministry of Transport issued the Circular No. 15/2014/TT-BGTVT guiding the routes for transportation of goods in transit through the Vietnamese territory.
Accordingly, the transportation of goods in transit through the Vietnamese territory must be carried out along 22 routes and via pairs of border gates.
This Circular guides routes of transportation and pairs of Vietnam’s border gates used for transportation of goods in transit through the Vietnamese territory. In case treaties relating to transit of goods to which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a contracting party otherwise provide, such treaties prevail.
This Circular takes effect on August 1, 2014.
