Unlike the model of joint-venture in the past and as consulted by SBLaw, Familymart independently manages its own business by establishing Vietnam company.
In the year of 2013 and 2014, SBLaw has assisted FamilyMart in establishing nearly 60 retail stores which belongs to Familymart chain system in Vietnam.
Furthermore, SBLaw has been providing a retainer service for Familymart and becomes an entrusted partner who contributes to the substantial development of Familymart – one of the biggest retail groups in Japan
