Q: What docs should be presented to apply the license of R.O ?
A: Please see the attached file for your information of our required documents. We also would like to note that legalized copy of document is only valid within 03 months from the date of legalization. Thus, scanned copy of such documents should send to us via email first for our translation into Vietnamese. Then, the hard copy can be couriered to us together with signed application dossier.
Q: If we set up representative office in hcm ,we will also need to lease the office and employ the local staff, so do your service cover in assisting us for the house leasing and local labor employ consulting ?
A: We shall connect you with licensed real estate agency and hr agency in Vietnam. These companies shall assist you on the above said matters.
Q: As per your proposal ,the total charge around 1500 usd, is there any other charges will be arised to set up the R.O as per your experience ?
A: Other cost shall be service fee for translation of your documents from English into Vietnamese, about 300USD, governmental fee: 120USD and VAT (10% of our service fee).
Q: As per your proposal ,it will take around 35 working days to finish all the licensing procedure .but if we cant get the license on time ,what will you do ?
A: If we obtain License for you late and such event is due to negligence, fault of us or our employee, we shall compensate you damage incurred to your company. We always do the best to make sure that we can obtain license on time for our client.
