Client: I am designing a gaming solution for wagering on line sports. I was referred to a programmer in Da Nang to help assist in this project. We would like to research the legality of designing such a project in Vietnam. We want to setup an office and hire more programmers for the design.
The software would never be used for wagering in Vietnam, only design. Could you tell me what it would take to for your firm to research this ? I am not located in Da Nang this is where we chose to develop and design.

Our charge for research of legality of designing shall be 500USD only. The fee is exclusive of 10% VAT. It shall take us about 02 working days to complete the work.
