Land Law of Vietnam 2013 prescribes the regime of land ownership, powers and responsibilities of the State in representing the entire-people owner of land and uniformly managing land, the regime of land management and use, the rights and obligations of land users involving land in the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Land Law of Vietnam 2013 was passed on November 29, 2013, by the XIIIth National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its 6th session.
This Law has 14 Chapters with 212 Articles, Which has effective on July 1, 2014.
