Our fee for cosmetic product proclamation shall be 400USD/01 products. The fee is exclusive of 10% VAT.
Please note that you shall have a company in Vietnam to register your cosmetic products with Ministry of Health.
The cosmetic product proclamation shall be recorded online on the system of Ministry of Health. There is no hard copy. Upon completion, you can easily check from system of Ministry of Health.
Question: How many years does it cover? When do we need to renew the product license? Annually? Or one time off?
Answer: A cosmetic product proclamation shall be valid within 05 years. After 05 years, you shall have to renew it
Question:How long you will submit for the license once you receive our documents? When can I receive the license?
Answer: Within 03 working days from receipt of required documents, we shall submit the application. It shall take you about 35 days to complete the license for a straight forward case.
Question: is there import taxes? How many percent? Payable to whom?
Answer: You shall have to pay import tax when you actually import the product into Vietnam. Import duty shall be varied depended on original country of the cosmetic products. At that time, importer shall pay to the Custom.
