Question: We wish to have your advice if there is any State regulation or applicable laws to state the minimum age of an individual for acceptance as guest. This is assuming that the guest is alone so what is the minimum age we can accept the booking by law. Can you help to check?

According to Articles 17, 18 and 19, Vietnam Civil Code 2015, Persons who are full 18 shall have capability to establish and perform civil rights and obligations through his/her acts. Then, when your guest is full 18, he/she can be accepted as guest alone.
However, if he/she is between full 15 and under full 18, and he/she has his/her own property to secure his/her obligations, he/she does not need consents of his/her representatives.
