To ensure the online tax declaration activities, limited the overload and stuck situation when the Company declare the tax via internet in the pick period, July 2014, General Department of Tax deploy the solution of converting online tax dossier from PDF to XML format. After the actual operation, to convert PDF to XML format has helped reduce the load for online tax declaration system, the data of the enterprise when converted to XML format also ensures precise, safe and secure than PDF format.
Under the plan of the General Department announced at Dispatch No. 3291 / TCT-IT dated 15.08.2014 on expanding online tax declaration and electronic tax since January 04/2015 tax declaration system through network only receive documents in the format of XML data.
