After issuing the Notification of approval of commcercial franchising activity for foreign company, the Ministry of Industry and Trade also issues Guiding the implementation of education franchising activity with the following content:
The Ministry of Industry and Trade registered commercial franchising activity from abroad into Vietnam of foreign education company. Because education and training is one of the conditional investment under the Decree No.108/2006/ND-CP dated September 2006 of Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Investment Law, therefore, foreign education company must not only comply with the provision of Vietnamese Law relating to the commercial franchising activity of foreign investment company, but also comply with the provision of other specialized legal documents relating to education and training.
Ministry of Industry and Trade notifies these contents mentioned above for foreign education company’s awareness and implementation.
