This is the content prescribed at the Circular No. 63/2015/TT-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance on May 06, 2015 amending the export taxes on the manioc commodities in the Heading 07.14 at the Export Tariff issued with the Circular No. 164/2013/TT-BTC dated November 15, 2013 of the Minister of Finance.
Accordingly, the export taxes on manioc sliced or in the form of pellets shall formally increased to 5% from June 20,2015. In previous regulations, the Ministry of Finance issued the Circular No. 164/2013/TT-BTC on the Export Tariff and Preferential Import Tariff according to the list of dutiable commodities, prescribed that the export tax for this commodity is 0%.
This Circular takes effect on June 20, 2015.
