Law on Real Estate Business stipulates real estate trading, rights, obligations of organizations and individuals to conduct real estate trading and state management of real estate trading, applies to organizations and individuals conducting and involved in real estate trading in Vietnam.
Law on Real Estate Business is passed by the 13th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, 8th session dated November 25, 2014.
This Law has 6 Chapters with 82 Articles, Which has effective on July 1, 2015.
