The purpose of this rep office is to research the VN market and identify potential supplying sources for our products.
We are in the Fiber Optic components manufacturing.

- What is your company’s fee for completing the setup of the rep office.
- Is it possible to use a residental place as an office initially?
- How long does it take to complete the process.

Please find our answer as follow:
Our fee for completing the setup of the rep office is: 1,500USD (including: 1,200USD for obtaining license for representative office, 150USD for report on commencing of operation of Representative Office and 150USD for obtaining Tax Code Registration, Seal Sample, Certificate of Seal Sample Registration and Publication of Representative Office on news paper). The fee is exclusive of 10% VAT, governmental fee – about 150USD.
2. You can use a private residential place as an office initially. However, if such residential place is an apartment, your request shall be rejected. According to our experience, for prudence, you can save cost by leasing shared office or virtual office in Vietnam for Representative Office.
3. It shall take about 15 working days from submission of application dossier to complete the process of setting up representative office.
