On September 08, 2016, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 3648/QD-BCT on promulgation of list of imports subject to inspection of quality assurance, conformity with technical standards and food safety standards before customs clearance under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
The list includes 4 kinds of foodstuffs and 2 explosive precursors that need to be inspected of quality assurance, conformity with technical standards and food safety standards before customs clearance, such as: Wine of fresh grapes, including fortified wines; Vermouth and other wine of fresh grapes flavored with plants or aromatic substances; Other fermented beverages; Mixtures of fermented beverages and mixtures of fermented beverages and non-alcoholic beverages, not elsewhere specified or included; Waters, including natural or artificial mineral waters and aerated waters, not containing added sugar or other sweetening matter nor flavored; Ice and snow; Milk; Vegetable oil; Starch prepared products…
This Decision takes effect on the signing date.
