Question: I have read the basic requirement relating to application of work permit. I would like to know your service fee for obtaining the said work permit.
Answer: As your request, we would like to advise as follow:
For obtaining work permit in Vietnam, firstly, you must be employed by an entity duly established and operating under Vietnam Law. At the same time, you must also have
(i) Clean criminal record from your home country;
(ii) Diploma in the field that you intend to work in Vietnam;
(iii) Experience in the same field and (iv) Qualified Health.
Your employer in Vietnam shall be responsible to obtain work permit for you in Hanoi.
