Labor contract under labor code 2012

The employer and employee have to enter into a labor contract for the work which is the agreement regarding the work conditions, rights and obligations of each party.

The labor contract should include the following particulars:

a. Name and address and the other details (date of birth, gender, ID number) of both the employer (or the legal representative) and the employee

b. The description of work and location of workplace

c. The term of the labor contract

d. The salary, method of salary payment, allowances, etc.

e. The working hours, break time

f. Insurance – social and medical
