The Ministry of Industry and Trade has just issued the Circular No. 03/2015/TT-BCT dated February 27, 2015 providing for principles of managing tariff quotas for salts, poultry eggs 2015.
Accordingly, the tariff quotas for eggs duck eggs (Goods without embryos) in 2015 is 46,305 tons allocated for traders holding the Certificates of Business registration or Certificates of Business registration and need to import poultry eggs. For salts, the tariff quotas is 102,000 tons allocated for traders that need to use salt for manufacture mechanicals and other medicine, medical products.
This Circular takes effect from February 27, 2015 to the end of December 31, 2015.
