We understand that you are seeking a professional law firm which provides updating monthly legal newsletter service. We therefore are grateful to present you our Legal Services Proposal for your review and consideration.
- Scope of works and Service term:
1.1. Scope of works:
Within the scope of this Legal Service Proposal, our Services will include:
- Updating regularly new legislations, policies, decrees, circulars monthly on areas of client’s interest;
- Recaping content and summarize highlights in new legal documents for clients;
- Synthesizing and compare between the former and the latter policies related to the Client’s activities;
- Assisting Customers in finding relevant regulations and legal documents upon request.
1.2. Service term:
The Service term is 06 (six) months from the date the Parties sign this Agreement. Within 01 (one) month before this term ends, if neither Party notifies the other in writing, the service term will be automatically extended for 06 (six) months from the expiration date.
- Service fee and payment method
2.1. Service fee
The Service fee for performing the SB Law services as mentioned in Section 1.1 above will be: 2,000,000 VND/month (Two million dong a month).
The Service fee is exclusive of 10% VAT and other costs incurred (if any)
2.2. Payment method
Turn 1: The Customers pay Service fee for first 03 months is: 6,000,000VND in time limit 03 days from the date SB Law and The Customers signed this service contract (This fee is exclusive 10% VAT)
Turn 2: The Customers pay Service fee for the next 03 months is: 6,000,000VND in time limit 03 days from the date begin fourth month providing services (This fee is exclusive 10% VAT)
The Customers shall immediately notify SB Law of when actual payment(s) will be made on the amount specified in the invoice(s). SB Law will start working only upon receipt of payment of the the respective invoice(s). At the same time, SB Law reserves the right to withdraw the service if payment is not received 10 days after the date of the invoice. Further, in the event payments are not received by the payable date, SB Law reserves the right to suspend services and/or levy and collect a late payment fee of 0.5% per month up to the date of receipt of payment by SB Law.
